Caroline Van Cauwenberge joined The Leiden Collection in 2019, after working as the Gallery Director for David Tunick, Inc. in New York and holding positions at TEFAF New York and Christie’s Brussels. As the Digital Content Coordinator, Caroline manages projects surrounding the Online Collection Catalogue. She earned her MA in Art History from the Courtauld Institute of Art in London in 2017, her BA in Art History from KU Leuven in 2016, and her BS and MS in Business Economics from KU Leuven in 2014 and 2016 respectively. As of September 2023, Caroline is a PhD candidate in Art History, focusing on Netherlandish art, at Rutgers University.
